Hi Mark, I am writing concerning a couple of unfortunate incidents which occurred to me on the premises of our unit. I've had to face some racial comments from my colleague Dan Smith on several occasions. Initially, I ignored hoping he would stop, however, to my utter astonishment, he kept repeating those cus words in spite of several of my warnings. Additionally, I've come to know that two other colleagues also faced similar behaviour from Dan. Moreover, as they were new employees, they didn't want to make an issue of this matter. These episodes occurred mostly on Tuesdays on my late-night shifts, the recent one being on January 12th, 2019 at about 11 pm on our ground floor production unit. Consequently, I warned him that his behaviour is deplorable and I would be complaining to the management about his unwarranted and unprovoked attitude. This time around, I had decided to record him and switched on my phone and recorded the whole conversation. Apart from this recording, I've taken a signature campaign against Dan from all those victims who faced similar racial comments. I hope you will look into this matter and bring Dan to the book.
